To charge your club's members, you first create a product (a subscription, clothing or anything else) and then a payment that assigns it to the players concerned.
Steps
1. In the platform, select Shop from the menu and click New product in the top right.
2. Fill in the name, price and a description. Optionally, add a photo.
3. If the product will be paid with monthly installments, turn on the Repeats monthly switch now. This can only be chosen when the product is created.
4. Click Create.
5. Click on the product you created, then click New payment in the top right.
6. On the right side, select the players the payment applies to. You can filter by team, search for a player or click Add all.
7. Check the Price and, if you want, set a Down payment or a Discount. If you did not turn on monthly repeat, choose the number of installments: 1 installment means a single payment, and you can also set more, for example 3 installments.
8. Set the dates and click Create.
What happens next
As soon as the payment is created, it appears on the players' profiles. Parents can see it, each one for their own child.
