To charge members of your football academy, you first create a product (e.g. a subscription or kit) and then a payment that assigns it to the players concerned.
Steps
In the platform, select Shop from the menu and click New product in the top right.
Fill in the name, price and description. Optionally, add a photo.
If the product will be paid in monthly installments, turn on the Repeats monthly switch now. This can only be set when the product is created.
Click Create.
Click the product you created, then New payment in the top right.
On the right, select the players the payment applies to. You can filter by team, search for a player or click Add all.
Check the Price and, if you want, set a Down payment or Discount. If you didn’t turn on monthly repeat, choose the number of installments: 1 installment means a single payment, but you can also set more, e.g. 3.
Set the dates and click Create.
⚠️ Note: monthly repeat (step 3) can’t be turned on later for an existing product.
What happens next
The payment appears on the players’ profiles. Parents can see it, each only for their own child.
