If you assigned a payment to a player by mistake, or it no longer applies, you can remove it from their profile.
Steps
In the platform, select Players from the menu.
Search for the player and open their profile.
Under Payments, find the payment.
Click the three dots next to it and select Delete.
What happens next
The payment is removed from the player’s profile.
⚠️ Note: if the payment was completed, its amount is also removed from the football academy’s revenue in the Shop.
