From the Staff section you add your football academy’s coaches and admins and set what they have access to.
Steps
In the platform, select Staff from the menu.
Click Add staff in the top right.
Under User details, fill in First name, Last name, Mobile and Email.
Under Role and access, choose a role: Coach, Team Admin or Academy Admin.
If the role applies to teams, select their teams.
Click Create.
What happens next
The member signs in with the email or mobile number you entered and has the access you gave them right away.
💡 In the Staff list you can search by name, email or mobile and filter by role and team.
⚠️ Note: a coach can also join their team with the team code in the app. Admins can only be added from Staff.
