After you create a form, you assign it to the players concerned.
Steps
In the platform, select Forms from the menu.
Click the form.
Click Assign form in the top right.
Select the players. You can filter by team, search, or click Add all.
Click Save.
What happens next
Form for players: it appears in the Forms section of the app, where players or their parents fill it in.
Form for coaches: the players you selected are the ones the coach will evaluate. Only the football academy sees these evaluations, on each player’s profile in the platform.
