Follow these four steps to set up your football academy on PlayerDex.
1. Create your teams
Create your academy’s teams or age groups in the platform. Each team is its own space, with its own schedule, members and announcements.
2. Add your staff
From the Staff section, add:
Admins: people who will have access to the management platform, e.g. front office staff or associates.
Coaches: when you add them, you assign them to the team or teams they will manage.
3. Share the team codes
Each team has its own unique code. Give it to the players, parents and coaches of each team so they can join through the app.
4. Add your first practices and games
Once your teams and staff are ready, add your schedule (practices, games or other activities) so players, parents and coaches can see it in the app.
