After you create a form, you assign it to the players concerned.
Steps
1. In the platform, select Forms from the menu.
2. Click on the form.
3. Click Assign form in the top right.
4. Select the players. You can filter by team, search, or click Add all.
5. Click Save.
What happens next
If the form is set to be filled in by players, it appears in the Forms section inside the app, where players or their parents fill it in.
If the form is set to be filled in by the coach, the players you selected are the ones the coach will evaluate. Only the academy can see this. Forms that concern a player appear on their profile in the platform.
