When you create an activity, you can choose which players of the team will take part. Invited players receive a notification and confirm their availability.
Steps
1. In the platform, select Calendar from the menu and click New activity.
2. On the right side of the screen, under Participants, you will see the list of the team's players.
3. To remove someone, turn off the switch next to their name.
4. Fill in the remaining details and click Create.
Default
By default, all players in the team are invited.
What happens when you remove someone
A player you remove from the list does not receive a notification about the activity. In their app, the activity appears with a label showing they are not invited, and they cannot respond.
