1. Check your device's notification settings
The app doesn't have separate settings per notification type (games, practices, announcements) — all notifications are controlled together through your phone's notification settings. If you're not receiving any notifications, start here:
On iPhone:
Go to Settings → Notifications
Find the app in the list
Make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on
Also check that Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are enabled
On Android:
Go to Settings → Apps → [app name] → Notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled
Check that no Battery Saver / Optimization setting is blocking the app from running in the background
2. Check "Do Not Disturb" mode
If your device is in Do Not Disturb, Focus Mode, or Silent mode, notifications may not appear. Turn it off temporarily and try again.
3. Make sure you have an internet connection
Notifications require an active connection (WiFi or mobile data) to be delivered. If your device was offline when a notification was sent, you may not receive it at all, or it may be delayed.
4. Restart the app
Fully close the app (force quit / remove from recent apps, not just minimize) and reopen it. Sometimes this is enough to "wake up" the notification connection.
5. Make sure you have the latest version of the app
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and check that no update is pending.
