I’m not receiving notifications

If you’re not receiving notifications from PlayerDex, they might be disabled either in the app or on your phone settings.

✅ Check PlayerDex Settings – Go to Settings and make sure notifications are enabled.

📱 Check your phone settings – Ensure PlayerDex is allowed to send notifications.

With notifications enabled, you’ll always know when to complete your Match Report before it locks, when your team is playing, and when you’ve earned a new skill or trophy.
